Hey, M-222 is now open. Just in time for the fair. Photos from my run 9/5/11A nice day for a run. It was pretty cool out there so I'm glad I had on a long sleeve shirt today. Last week I had four workouts and I am shooting for the same this week. I can say it's making a big difference in how I feel already. It's all good! Photos from my run 8/31/11Today was more of an out and back run with photo highlights along the way. I captured a photo requested from my Mother as well.
